Divided Loyalties …

I’ve got two Twitter accounts now … each reflecting a side of moi!  One is LostFoundinLond … a very compact version of my book title:  Lost and Found in London.  The other is VoteStrategy … reflecting my activities with a group – – advocating strategic voting in order to rid Canada of the Harper Conservatives.  Two interests, two types of Tweets … It’s getting interesting!

Canadian Determination …

This morning, I tore myself away from things intellectual and virtual, and headed to prison!  Or, to a demo in front of a prison … the former location of a successful prison farm where inmates produced their own milk and eggs with enough left over to send to other correctional facilities!  The mean-spirited (I mean that!) Harper government has arbitrarily cancelled all six, internationally respected prison farms … So, it’s warm clothes, extra thick hat and mitts, in order to stand with placards demanding the return of the farms.  The cold is the least of our worries right now in Canada!
